Privacy Policy

Greed Is Good (“the app”) is published by Mailogic AB (“we”), Sweden. This policy describes what data the app handles. The short version: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking — and the only data that ever leaves your device exists solely to deliver the push alerts you asked for.

Data stored on your device only

• Favorites (the investors you star) are stored in the app’s local storage on your device.
• Settings such as whether alerts are enabled.

This data never leaves your device unless you enable alerts (below), and is removed when you delete the app.

Data we receive if you enable alerts

If — and only if — you turn on filing alerts, the app sends our server:

• your device’s push notification token (an opaque identifier issued by Apple, usable only to send notifications to your device through Apple’s Push Notification service), and
• the list of investors you have starred (so we know which filings to notify you about).

We use this data for exactly one purpose: sending you a notification when an investor you starred publishes a new public filing. It is not linked to your identity (we don’t know who you are), not shared with anyone, not used for advertising, and not used for tracking.

Retention & deletion: turning alerts off in the app deletes this data from our server. It is also deleted automatically when Apple reports the token is no longer valid (for example after you delete the app).

Hosting: our server runs on Railway infrastructure. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).

Data we do not collect

No names, email addresses, contacts, location, financial accounts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or analytics events. The app contains no third-party SDKs, ad networks, or analytics frameworks.

Content shown in the app

Everything displayed is factual public-record information from official U.S. government sources — SEC EDGAR 13F filings and U.S. House of Representatives financial disclosures — plus market prices from licensed data providers. It concerns public figures’ legally mandated disclosures, not app users.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to or deletion of any data we hold. Since the only server-side data is a pseudonymous push token, the simplest exercise of these rights is turning alerts off (immediate deletion). For anything else, contact us and include the approximate date you enabled alerts: sensorevolve@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
